I usually determine a set price that includes all labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a lot of questions and listen to the customer so I can help them decide what best fits their needs and design. Secondly, I try to give pricing options, when possible, that let's the customer choose an option that best meets their budget. Lastly, I give them quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificate in Building Construction from Bessemer State Tech 1999. AGC Supervisor Training Program 2006 OSHA 30hr Certification 20yrs of working in the construction industry at many levels of employment from apprentice carpenter, carpenter, building surveyor, to supervisor.
