- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can score unbeatable pricing with us! Why? We are excited to rebirth a business I had 15 years ago but now together as brothers. It's a relatively new company but with great talent and the very best gear but what we are missing is a lot of reviews! We will save you money to put in other areas by booking us. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is always a needs analysis. We get on the phone/zoom and discuss your vision for the event and the list of things with which you believe will make your event a total success. From there we establish a plan of action and timeline to make everything happen and put your mind at ease. Afterward, we will issue a docusign so everyone is on the same page. We will thereafter coordinate as necessary with the venue and other important folks to ensure all elements are coming together. Lastly, we will work directly with you to finalize the most ideal equipment setup, the music, any video assets, and anything else necessary. As we get close to the date we will review everything so everyone is happy. Then, plan on us arriving early to test everything!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a family/brother business. Steven started his first DJ business in 2001 and did many school dances and various other events throughout Alabama.
