- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the latest estimating software with the national averages for our local. We also have a standard set hourly rate for small projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat our customers and their property with the highest regards and respect. Contact is made between All In 1 and the customer, we listen to and assess the customers needs, record all relevant information, schedule an appointed time to visit site, we then discuss project and objectives, create an estimate or agree to a project cost, sign work order and proceed to complete task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience as a Handyman / Repair Tech is extensive working as Facility Maintenance Manager and Senior Service Manger for a property management company and I have held the role of business owner the past 8 years. 80% of my training has been hands on while attending necessary classes to obtain the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill tasks at hand.
