- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our package pricing is all-inclusive (includes the session fee plus images), and we offer add-on options like albums, prints, and wall art. We do charge travel fees for shoots & events outside of the Birmingham metro area, and they vary depending on where you are, and what time of year you want to book us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet my clients in person ahead of time to discuss their vision for their shoot, but if it’s not possible due to distance or time constraints, we do a video call!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both done countless classes and workshops to improve our craft, as well as hours doing our own research to teach ourselves new things.
