FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YES. Prices are pinned to the first post on our Facebook page, 205 Fun
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set the appointment, call them the Monday before the event to confirm and go over information again. The performer calls the Friday before to personalize the event. The performer calls when they arrive to make sure the client is ready. About 10 minutes before performance is over, the performer gives the client an envelope with an assessment form and pen so the client can write 1 to 10 (10 being the highest level of satisfaction with performance) and put their payment with form in envelope. When performance over, we pick up envelope and make sure client is satisfied. I rarely see less than a 10 and we usely get "awesome job" comments.
