5+ Stars for Ergeon Fence!The fence - our fence was about 1,000 linear ft -- half privacy, half aluminum. Some folks feel a fence makes the yard smaller. Not so. We fenced the back yard with 6' privacy fence and the front with 4' aluminum. Our yard looks magnitudes larger than it did before. I can't explain it, it just does. The value added to our home far exceeds the cost of the fence.The Ergeon people. Sales (Katherine), Project Management (Fillipe) and the work team collaborated as partners with me. They captured every detail and we did not move forward until they felt I understood the detail. Sales used mapping automation to limit the requirement for time away from my day job. They also worked weekends and evenings when most working customers are actually available. Typically PM's focus on cost and a quick exit. Ergeon's Project Manager was a true project manager with focus on technical details, measurements and schedule precision. We communicated by phone and text for the purpose of ensuring agreement and considerate of my availability. We walked the property twice to get the requirements perfect.The Ergeon installation workers were experienced and equally precise. They worked hard and methodically. They let me know what to expect on the next day's effort. After the job was done and I signed off, I noticed a pole that was not perfectly vertical. They returned the same day I mentioned it and reset the pole. What a pleasure to watch dedicated workers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our fences, pricing is based on linear footage of fencing you need. We confirm those measurements in person during an on site visit. The type of fence you choose and whether or not it has a gate also affects the price.
To provide you a fast and hassle-free quote, we create an exterior blueprint of your property through publicly available satellite imagery and base your price off those measurements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a team member contacting you within 24 hours after you submit a request. Instead of waiting for an on-site visit, we do a video call to measure your yard, help you visualize your project, and tailor an accurate quote in minutes. Once you approve the quote online, Ergeon coordinates scheduling, permits (if needed), and the installation.
