Contracted them Saturday night and Jonathan arrived, as promised, 9am Sunday morning. He quickly identified two separate wiring problems, installed a new thermostat, sealed an outside air inlet and corrected the wiring. He was extremely efficient and professional and very reasonable. I will contact them first for any future HVAC work

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I had an AC unit that conked out in my condo, and needed repair. Found Paradise Heating and Air through Thumbtack and they responded immediately. I was able to schedule an appointment with them to come out ASAP, and it was extremely EASY to get this done. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Jonathan and Trent came on time, and found that I had a significant leak in my coolant line. My AC unit is not a commonly used unit, and needed to be specially ordered. Jonathan was able to locate and acquire 1 brand new unit within a few days, and came to install the new unit pretty quickly. They warrant their work for 1 year. Will always be calling this company for any AC needs in the future!

Wow, Jonathan and Trent were awesome. They arrived on time worked in the heat and were able to determine the problems. They started the repair and found another issue that could not be overlooked, Jonathan explained what was wrong and replaced the part. Air is blowing super cold right now. At the end he worked with me on the price because of the new problem. I will recommend Paradise Heating and Air to everyone I know. Thanks again Jonathan and Trent.
