Gloria communicated with me via phone and text. She showed up to my house and gave me a quote. We agreed to move forward. The day she was to arrive, she did not communicate with me she was not going to make it. I reached out to her, she stated she was having some personal issues and we rescheduled for the next day. Gloria still DID NOT show up nor did she communicate she was not going to make it. Extremely unprofessional!
