I am fairly priced and consistent. I charge $40/hr for organizing. I work with purpose. I'm interested in helping people with their long-term goals as well as getting them into their new home quickly. Home staging prices are in a range between $700 - up to $4000.00/per month depending on the type of staging desired as well as what the property needs are. Home staging requires a signed contract. The contract lasts 3 months. After that, we would be on a month-to-month basis.
I enjoy helping people sell their homes fast and at the best pricepoint. It's also great to give people their homes back who are chronically disorganized.

Jari has helped me tremendously with organizing our house since we recently moved. Her rate per hour is the most fair of any I've seen plus she is a hard worker and also extremely nice and fun to work with. I highly recommend her!

We have not gotten started on the big jobs, but we met and she looked at my house. Jari is very personable and has already given me some helpful tips and referrals. We plan on starting some of my worst clutter areas ( papers !) In about 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to working with her.

Jari has been helping us keep an organizedhome for over 4 years. She's smart, efficient, reliable and goes over and beyond for her clients! She does everything from cleaning out closets to implementing orderly organizational systems to light handy work to interior design to party set up (including decorations and flower arranging). I like to charge by the hour. I feel its more fair to me and the client; everyone can stay on the same page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client at their home and do a walk-thru to see and discuss the challenges they have in organzation or staging their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education was in biology and psychology. I fell into this business 17 years ago and found it far more gratifying.
