I am very proud of these boys for doing such an incredible job. I am one of those skeptical people and very precise and if I can be this satisfied and happy with no complaints then you will too. The put down my solid hardwood floor on my first floor and repaired the top floor that was put down by someone else. Oh these boys are super fast as well.

Mr. Palacio came and finished the job the same day that I contacted him. I had already removed the refrigerator and the tile from the subfloor. They came in and did some light repair work to the subfloor, prepped it, installed the underlayment and then installed the waterproof luxury vinyl tile. They also installed some baseboard and shoe mould that I had left over from previous work. They were really good at improvising, problem solving and working with what I gave them. Good price for quality work. Reccommend.
