I met with Chris for the inspection on a house I was purchasing. I followed him as he did the inspection and he did not mind that I was looking over his shoulder while he was trying to work. He would take his time to show me things that I may want to have repaired or that may need to be maintained in the future. The report was back to me in 24 hours. Great job Chris.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He is so professional and knowledgeable. A very friendly and personable guy, but tells you everything exactly how it is. I needed inspections done on multiple properties that I purchased as an investment just outside of Birmingham. I needed someone to complete the inspections quickly and thoroughly for the purpose of the transaction. Iron City came through and quickly provided everything I needed along with pictures. They also provided me with referrals to local contractors to help with repairs identified during the inspections.
