Buying a home is wonderful and stressful experience all at the same time. As a Certified Professional Inspector, it is my mission to help you be confident before your buy a home. Home Inspection
I met with Chris for the inspection on a house I was purchasing. I followed him as he did the inspection and he did not mind that I was looking over his shoulder while he was trying to work. He would take his time to show me things that I may want to have repaired or that may need to be maintained in the future. The report was back to me in 24 hours. Great job Chris.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He is so professional and knowledgeable. A very friendly and personable guy, but tells you everything exactly how it is. He went above and beyond my expectations in answering my questions, finding some issues that needed attention, and following up with me. Even my realtor has enjoyed working with him, and has appreciated his excellent communication. We will be recommending him to anyone we know who is buying a home. Home Inspection
I needed inspections done on multiple properties that I purchased as an investment just outside of Birmingham. I needed someone to complete the inspections quickly and thoroughly for the purpose of the transaction. Iron City came through and quickly provided everything I needed along with pictures. They also provided me with referrals to local contractors to help with repairs identified during the inspections.
