The good news about our services we are certified and trained for CONVID-19 Level 1-3 clean up (pictures attached) and we are not charging our New clients extra for this service. I feel so terrible about it taking me so long to leave a review for these marvelous people. Just when I had lost all faith in cleaning services the Lord sends me these two angels. I want whoever is reading this to understand that they I got more than just impeccably spotless home, I earned two new friends. A series of unfortunate events followed that appointment, events that kept me from communicating with my two new friends, only to later learned that even with the lack of response on my end these strangers concerns and genuine care allow them to continue to try to make contact with me. I don’t know about you guys but the last time that my cleaning service Genuinely cared and prayed for me and my family was let’s see. ....... Never! Look I can sit here and boast about how great the house looks how wonderful it smelled how my floors shine how their jokes were funny how their overall aura and kindness and honesty and etc. etc. etc. was what keeps me from calling anyone else to keep my home clean and homey ,But truth be told all those things are just a plus with these guys I receive the blessing that day and itcame in a pair.

I contacted Unique Cleaning Services under tough family circumstances. We had a family member that was critically ill and I needed someone immediately to come clean my moms house before all our family members were arriving. I contacted 3 highly recommended services and Unique is the only company that responded. Not only did she respond immediately, but she set up an appointment for the following day. I was out of the area, so she always kept me updated. They did a wonderful job cleaning, and were very comfortable with the dog and cat in the house. My mom asked to add some things to the list to be cleaned and they had no problem with the last minute additions. I am very thankful for them and how kind they were and I would definitely use them again!

Everything, Ilishia came in and cleaned my house better then me. I am so impressed with her work all I can say is WOW! I have used other cleaning service and was not so impressed. We connected immediately, my house was spotless. Loved it. I was just blown away by all the little extra things she did. She did a Fabulous job I just can't say enough about her. I have scheduled again for the end of the month.

It is probably the lowest you will see because UCS believe we all live within a budget and we want our experience to shine not your wallet to hurt.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our typical process would be once contact is made, the quote is accepted, we do a walk thru to see your basic need . The service is done and once that happen we make sure you are 100% satisfied and hope you will be a returning customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Mississippi State University I have the general basic training, hardardous chemical training and proper household cleaning training with 15 years experience
