The project included the demolition of an old handicap ramp and replacing it with steps on two sides of a landing area. The demolition and cleanup were handled well, and the new step design is simple but attractive.

The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner. As part of the project, the existing concrete walkway was extended to meet the bottom of the new steps. This work was also completed very well and blended nicely with the overall project.

Overall, Jose did a very good job. The project was completed on time, the workmanship was solid, and the cost was reasonable. I am satisfied with the finished project and would recommend Jose to others.

I highly recommend this painter! He responded almost immediately and came out to give us an estimate, and his price was extremely fair compared to the other quotes we received.

He showed up exactly when he said he would, was very professional, and did an excellent job painting our ceiling. He took the time to cover and protect everything before starting and left everything clean and spotless when he was finished.

It’s hard to find someone who is reliable, reasonably priced, professional, and takes pride in their work—and he checked every box! We are very happy with the results and will definitely use him again for future painting projects. Highly recommend!
