I judge craftsmanship and professionalism by three things: quality, communication, and pricing and they exceeded expectations in every category.Quality:I recently purchased a condo built in 1887, and you could definitely tell by the interior. There were wall imperfections, tape seams, uneven texture, and sloppy paint touch-ups throughout. I asked Luis and his team to make it look as new as possible and they absolutely delivered. They repaired every flaw, smoothed out the walls beautifully, and approached every detail with precision and pride in their work. Their prep work was exceptional, ensuring every surface and piece of furniture was protected, and they left the place spotless when finished. The transformation was incredible.Communication:Luis was fantastic to work with responsive, professional, and accommodating. He listened carefully to every request and executed perfectly, even on the more challenging parts of the project. We had flooring installed by Morval Painting LLC this past weekend. The work was excellent!!! They were very knowledgeable about the entire project and their work exceeded our expectations. Luis was very impressive when they came out to give us a quote. He pointed out areas that needed repair and offered options for siding that also needed replacing before painting could begin. The quote was provided quickly and clearly detailed everything that was to be done. Included were photos of the paint to be used, so that we would understand what was needed to paint the brick.He gave us a timeline (weather permitting) and they adhered to it. We were contacted each day during the process, the expected arrival time, lunch break, end of day and what time the expected to arrive the next day.We did get a quote from another company that was within $50 of what we were quoted by Luis. But that company did not communicate details that Luis did. There were no surprise costs or additional charges. They clearly take pride in their work!

I would highly recommend Morval Painting . He has done 2 jobs for me, staining my deck & my bathroom upstairs . Professional, on time & knowledgeable about his work. The latest was the upstairs bathroom . He removed the popcorn ceiling & texture walls , baseboards & replaced hardware. My bathroom looks great , I am very pleased.
