FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing is available to give without estimating a job. Cost are all associated with machine cost, and subcontractor cost. While machine cost is an industry standard, length of time, complexity, and subcontractors can always vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we have an in person visit with the customer at the address of job site. Estimate is formed, bid is normally emailed to customer. I provide two copies of job bid; one for customer and one for contractor. Once the job is agreed upon by both customer and contractor, a start date and end date are scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both members have been on and around machinery for years. With thousands of hours as an operator of a machine, you are getting to discuss all parts of the job with owner and operator. We also have years of experience with building construction. Not only is a large part of our work revolve around construction and demolition of structures, we also have outside training through the fire service which adds an invaluable aspect to our profession. We have been taught through a variety of avenues about different construction types, during all phases of construction. One other benefit we can offer is that we are a licensed home builder contractor through the State of Alabama.
