I offer flexible pricing based on the level of support you need — whether it’s hourly ($25–$35/hr), weekly packages, or flat-rate projects like inbox cleanups or file organization. There are no surprise fees, and I’m happy to create a custom quote that fits your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what’s stressing you out or slowing you down — then I step in with solutions. We’ll connect briefly by message or phone, and i’ll create a customized plan or package. Once we agree on the details, I’ll get to work and keep communication smooth with updates or check-ins as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with hands-on experience supporting small businesses, I currently work as a document control specialist for a major steel erecting construction company. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and handling sensitive information — all of which I bring into my remote administrative support services. I know how to manage high-volume tasks while keeping everything structured and secure.
