I specialize in Boxing, HIIT, Jump Rope, Speed/Agility and Weight Training. There are other trainers that incorporate aerobic like boxing moves into their workouts...but there aren't many who can actually teach you how to box and get you in shape like a professional boxer! I teach boxing because its one of the best ways to build stamina and defend yourself at all times. All other workouts mentioned above are implemented into your package as well so I that I am able to reach your specific health and body goals. If you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle or get lean- I have a workout plan and meal plan that can fit any fitness goal! I would love to work with you. An overall awesome person. She’s always very encouraging, motivating, and knows how to push your limits.
