I played basketball in high school and went through some of the toughest workouts back then. Coko has brought that back. I have not worked as hard as I am with her as my trainer since high school and my results are showing that! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have several different packages that run from $50-75 depending on if it’s individual training or group training, driving distance and number of days the client would like to train each week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually hold a free consultation/assessment with a client to talk about their goals and to determine their current fitness level. If there’s chemistry...I introduce a workout plan to the client and see if they would like to move on from there! It’s super easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve been trained under TIKI Fitness for 3 years. TIKI offers programs that educated you on becoming a personal trainer with everything from biology, physique, equipment, meal plans to workout programs and boxing lessons.
