Susan was awesome! I appreciate the way she texted me every day and sent pictures of my cats. She made me feel so much better about going on an extended vacation and leaving my babies at home. I highly recommend Susan and feel she is trustworthy.

Susan was fantastic. She sent me pictures and made sure I was updated every time she came over and took out my pup. I highly recommend her if you need to leave your fur babies. Super sweet and nice :)

Susan took excellent care of my two fur babies while I was out of town. She sent pictures so I could see how they were doing and updated me every other day or so. She was extremely professional and very kind. I would recommend her to anyone. Very fair pricing as well.

Susan was awesome. My elderly mother-in-law and disabled sister-in-law were able to enjoy a beach vacation 30 years in the making because they could be comfortable that their beloved cats were being cared for by Susan. Being able to meet her beforehand was very settling for them and so very helpful for me working this out long distance from another state. Love Susan! Love Thumbtack!

Susan provided wonderful care for my dog while we were out of town. We loved being able to leave our older dog in the comfort of his own home instead of boarding him in an unfamiliar place surrounded by other pets. The boarding experience has always been a bit traumatic for our dog and Susan took that worry away. We came home to happy dog! She is reliable, dependable and genuinely loves animals. Highly recommend!

I would get to know the customer and get familiar with the pet (s). To get familiar with the home and what all I would need to do while the customer is away.
