- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have standard pricing, however, it is subject to change based on the particular service provided. ex: Price depends on the type of service and location. The price is standard at my location of business and the amount of time reserved for the service. If a client requests onsite services, the prices will differ because of a set up fee, and the distance of the location traveled. Clients sometimes come in with issues that may require additional time or a different service to resolve a particular issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is to interview, and provide paperwork to familiarize myself with each client, take a client assessment by observation, and use the information,to develop a specific treatment plan to address the particular needs of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nationally certified licensed massage therapist with an Associates degree in therapeutic massage. I have certificates in Swedish, Deep tissue, Neuro muscular, and Thai massage. I also have training in pregnancy, sports, chair and spa services.
