- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They can see a list how much I charge for my prep fees. In most cases . I can work with my clients to more discount opportunity, depending on the large amount I have to work with .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my clients better . Asking in-depth questions concerning their tax issue problems. Plus, I always welcome feedbacks from my clients as while asking me questions of my clarification/Experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many many years experiences in related Tax preparation, tax planning, small business, and also many countless hours of tax training each years to keep up with the new Tax Laws with the IRS . Every year is different with the IRS codes .
