- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Food is always changing, growing, evolving. That's what I love about it, so yes! I try and stay agile at all times. I'll stop learning when I'm dead.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was fourteen when Ibsaw Emeril on TV. True story, that's how this happened.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Breakfast spreads for early meetings, including fresh breads, muffins, bagels, pastries, croissants, and sticky buns. Usually accompanied by fruit trays, roasted nuts, our wonderful coffee. We come to you, and provide everything you need. Lunches are usually slightly more elaborate, with trays of sandwiches and wraps, roasted vegetables, cookies, brownies, pound cake, fresh berries, (and still usually coffee.) We also offer individual salads, or salads big enough to feed five. Check the website!
