(Please note: Currently I am teaching remotely and traveling within Birmingham only; Client provides space) I teach because I love sharing with others the benefits that yoga can bring to one's life. Before becoming a yoga teacher, I had jobs in the medical/healthcare field which has allowed me to better understand how different our bodies and minds are, yet how very connected they are. Teaching beginners, as well as older people or those with disabilities/trauma, is where most of my experience lies. However, I am able to teach various styles and levels, including Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meridian Yoga Therapy I love how teaching yoga helps the students so much, but I am always amazed at how rewarding it is for me. It's really an exchange of energy and I love sharing my guidance and giving back. Let me know how I can help you.

I explained that I wanted to practice yoga to prepare for Zen meditation and also help my body feel more supple like my mind. Nicole tailors sessions to my needs and physical abilities. Her vast knowledge of the spiritual side of yoga really comes out on the mat. She is definitely home when teaching and I feel at home working with her in that capacity. I plan on working with Nicole for years, which sums up the quality and value of her sessions.

I attended some yoga classes taught by Nicole. I was a bit nervous because I had never tried yoga and was afraid I wouldn't be very good at it. Needless to say, because of Nicole's style of teaching and personal attention, I ended up loving yoga! At the end of every class I attended, I noticed a good number of people gathered around her talking about the class and asking questions. I could tell she is well liked.
