- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Army and Police always get 10% off because well, you’re amazing! I have a small travel fee if Im traveling very far from home. But we can discuss those specifics when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically first thing is getting all the information from you regarding what you expect from me for the job. I like to get to know my customers. Especially if it’s a wedding because they’re a big deal! I love weddings period so all the way down to cake flavor I love to hear about it. Then getting the boring documents signed and put away. After that the fun begins! I always check in with the client before hand to see if there’s anything new I need to know about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a Lightroom and Photoshop courses and a certificate in each. I am also currently enrolled in The Art Institute getting my degree in Portrait/Wedding photography.
