FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of your project will depend on the size and complexity. Our prices are firm -- there will be no hidden expenses later on, and there'll be no high-pressure sales techniques.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We typically schedule a Personal, On-Site Inspection. You select which products you'd like in your home, and we make a plan together. Then once the project is scheduled we'll work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
