- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Seniors get 10% Veterans and First Responders 10% First time customer 10% We have a referral program. If you refer us to someone and we do a job for them you will receive 25% off your next service. We appreciate our customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves. Walk through the process of what the customer wants done and get a clear understandings. and go over cost and prepare the areas and get the materials together to start working once the job is completed I get with the home owner and go through the process of what we have completed and settle up with the invoice

I Completed 4 years at Calhoun Community College graduated 3.9 May 2012 I have an AAS Renewable Energy AAS Electrical Technology First Aid / AED Osha 30 Occupational Safety
