Lee from USA roof came out for an inspection of our roof. We need the pipe boots replaced, flashing reworked, caulk any nail pops, and replace a shingle. The quoted price was higher than I anticipated ($850) but acceptable. I only gave 2 stars due to their lack of response and coordination. It’s been over a month and they haven’t returned my text, or voicemails. I’d still needing the work completed but uncertain if I’d go with USA roofing due to the lack of response. I could only imagine if the work wasn’t right and had a leak how quickly they’d respond.
