- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type, size, and scope of the project. I provide clear pricing based on the work involved and discuss the details with the customer before starting. Additional work outside the original scope will be discussed before it is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn what the customer needs and review the project details. When helpful, I ask for photos, measurements, or other information. We discuss the scope of work, pricing, and scheduling before getting started. Once everything is agreed upon, I complete the work and review the finished project with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal electrical training through Fortis College and NCCER certification OSHA 10, along with 18 years of electrical experience. My hands-on experience has also provided training across a variety of home maintenance, repair, installation, and improvement projects.
