- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free diagnosis and if we cannot fix it for you, you do not pay. We offer 10% Military and Teacher discounts. We also offer a 20% First Responder (Police, Firefighter, EMT/Paramedic, etc) discount. We believe in helping those who help us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will look at your device and ask you a few questions about what brings you to us. If the device cost more to replace than to repair, we will tell you that upfront. Then, we will take your name and number and start the diagnosis/repair process and give you an estimate of time needed. Most phone repairs are same day, tablet repairs are usually next day and computer repairs can typical take 1-3 days.
