He was very nice and ran a 15mins minutes late getting here, which I didn't mind as I knew he was traveling from Alabama which is almost 2 hours to get here. with the overall cleaning, I was not satisfied with the thoroughness of his cleaning. My oven was pretty dirty and when he was done with the oven I had to go back and re-clean it! and take the fan apart the next day in the oven as it had oven cleaner inside of it and he didnt move the stove like I asked him to,it needed to be cleaned behind it and there was oven cleaner still inside the oven all over, in the corners, on the door & glass all while he was there and he just watched me reclean the oven and didn't try to even step in to help and that is why I hire him for was too deep clean specific areas of my house and the blinds that he dusted were still dirty and dusty I dont feel good a bout saying these things as I felt he was very nice but felt he could have done a more thorough job for what i was paying him and will no tmake a recommendation for him in the future or ask himto return again as and didnt do the windows like i requested I did feel he could have cleaned at a much faster pace and had gotten more done that was on my to do list that he agreed to do in less time and iis what we agreed upon for the price that he requested and didnt get to and hired him to help e clean he did get the sposts on the wall i could not rreach that i was happy about and the ceiling fans he wiped down and did a good jobon them but the other stuff not good enough an dddint wipe the top of the fridge that had a lot of dust on it not happy about that at all buit i guess he din't think i would check that area that he should have cleaned as that was on list of things that needed cleaning...I don't know what else to say other than I will make sure if I use thumbtack again I will be more clear about my expectations as I do have high expectations when paying someone a lot of money to help me clean my home and I was expecting at least 2 people for the price is he was charging and th picture he showed of the oven cleaner in the back of the oven still had oven cleaner still on it? and I don't have carpets in my home either and no cleaning was done upstairs in the main bathroom like i requested
