- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job has a scope unique to its r lb and usually requires a site visit prior to the written quote.However at times given enough pertinent information I can quote without a visit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the client face to face st the site to discuss all the pertinent details concerning the scope of work and any logistics that may exist at that particular site
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family are all old world Italian tradesman...Carpenter..electricians..master masons and so it was a natural to follow into the traded a I also have attended non accredited engineering classes In Atlanta. And Business classes at Emory university. Prior to starting Superior Craftsmen in 1985. I worked exclusively as a framing contractor building custom homes.This honed my carpentry and wood engineering .Then I stepped into design build and started renovating and additions to the many craftsmen bungalows and the fine Victorian homes in metro Atlanta .We also began to renovate historic buildings and spaces into restaurants
