- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the sq. footage and don’t sell product/paint so generally the estimate price given is a material excluded price, unless otherwise discussed with the customer. We can give an estimate that includes/does not include materials (or both) if that is what the customer prefers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts out with talking to them to find out exactly what it is that they want done so that we are able to give them an accurate estimate price, make sure they are informed on what it will take to complete the job, and be able to keep them updated as the work is being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 10 years of hands-on experience with multiple painting companies and licensed professionals, giving me the opportunity to have been able to complete various types of jobs and projects.
