I went to her Tuesday evening class at yoga on main. She was great to make sure I knew what I was doing especially since it was my first class. She was very positive and made sure I had the best experience possible while I was there. I have recommended so many people to go to her class and will definitely be going back myself!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I am currently offering discounts on Private Session Packages and Small Group Sessions. I do have a $10 travel fee for distances upwards of 10 miles.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first time working with a new student is typically done via FaceTime, Zoom, etc.. We will discuss your current lifestyle and body history, personal goals, and desires. I also take this opportunity to let my students get to know me as well! This initial lighthearted chat will last about 30 minutes, and we will then schedule your next session. I will design a Yoga practice, incorporating a mix of mediums depending on your interest and comfort level, that is perfect for you and your body. We will continue to grow, learn and practice together!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been a yoga practitioner for many years and obtained my 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Certification last year at the Shoshoni Ashram in Colorado. I am registered through the Yoga Alliance and have big plans to further my education into areas such as Kundalini, Tantra and Chakra Balancing.
