- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always reading new stories and headlines about various events and news in the food and beverage industry. Along with attending various food service events, conferences, and finding/creating new recipes and gadgets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
All of our Chefs have had a long love affair for creating delicious food since they were children. All of us are professionally trained, are Servsafe Certified and have worked with a few big celebrity chefs in our field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of private cooking lessons both individual and groups, small event catering, demonstrations, and we've worked with clients that are on special diets in helping them put together healthy meal plans with recipes.
