Chris Bullard went above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve the problem I was having with my tablet computer. He did extensive research with Dell and Microsoft to determine why my tablet wouldn't work and what needed to be done to fix the problem.He did an excellent job communicating with me on the status of the work and then what actions I should take if I have similar problems in the future. He followed up afterwards to make sure the computer was working right and there weren't any issues. I was very satisfied with the cost of the repair and feel like I gir a very good deal. I was very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Chris Bullard of CBI.

My computer had never really worked properly and had lots of issues. Finally I just started thinking I wasn't savvy enough to figure it out (and that was correct actually; there were LOTS of problems). Chris checked with me continually to make sure I understood what was going on and to ask questions. He also went above and beyond, including working with the manufacturer and others, to make sure all the problems were solved. The cost was extremely reasonable and now I finally have a computer that works. Chris will take the time and keep in contact with you to make sure that your computer is working exactly right; there won't be any disappointing surprises.

Very courteous and informative. When I picked my computer he walked me through every step and upgrade everything he was able to do in my PC. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend him gladly. My PC is fast and clean.

I needed Windows 7 installed on my computer to complete a school project. Chris had it downloaded on my laptop in a day and went over any questions or concerns I had. I appreciated it--definitely would recommend him to anyone else.
