- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to maintain the lowest prices in the industry, while providing top quality sound and music entertainment to my customers. My prices do vary based to travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer phone consultations to speak with customers about their event and find out what services their requesting. whether the customer prefer on the phone communication or through text, I talk my customers through the process and provide necessary information to help make their event a successful one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I basically trained myself by DJing a lot of my friends and family's events, I also watched a lot of professionals do the job.
