Ana’s cleaning service is top-notch, and her attention to detail is truly impressive. Ana did a great standard/deep cleaning of our common areas. I provided a list of cleaning tasks. She completed the list and did a couple of extra tasks like wiping down windows(we have a lot). Hope to have her back in the future. Great work for a great value.

She was late by 27mins. She used the same cloth she was cleaning the dusting the windows with to clean our countertops with. When I asked her was she using the same cloth she said yes and kept cleaning the kitchen counter with it. We then told to just stop we would finish it. She kept cleaning. After she had to contact her Husband to translate she seemed to have an attitude when dealing with us but when her Husband would call she was perfectly fine. The house only needed minor cleaning she arrived at 9:27am and didn’t depart til almost 5pm. My Spanish isn’t that great but I’m aware of some of the inappropriate comments she was informing her Husband of when she called him.
