Hello Muni, we are sorry if your cleaning did not meet your expectations. To clear up any misconceptions, we did clean the baseboards in each room, but we were limited in what we could do because they were very scratched and marked up. Additionally, we mopped and swept the corridor and the stairs that led to it. We did ask you to make sure we didn't miss anything before we left. You did advise us to re-clean the interior of a drawer and to go back and dust off a couple areas that were overlooked. We spent about seven hours cleaning your house, and we can assure you that it was done thoroughly. We apologize that you weren't happy with your service, and we wouldn't have hesitated to return if you had asked to make sure everything met your needs.
