- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is determined on the square footage of the home and are estimated quotes. To maintain that fresh clean feeling on a recurring basis, we provide the discounts below for the first 3 months. For weekly service, you'll get 20% off. Biweekly is 15% off and Monthly is 10% discount off. Discounts begin with your second cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our cleaning team brings their tools at no cost (including EPA-approved products and a vacuum if needed). You just need running water, outlets, and a toilet brush. Only provide your own supplies if preferred. Note this in "Notes" when booking. At the start of each cleaning, our cleaning technician will perform a walk-through with you through your home to determine your priorities. After cleaning, our cleaning technician will do a final walk-through to ensure we’ve met your needs and address any issues. We recommend you or someone you trust to be present for the first cleaning to meet the team and provide initial feedback. Once satisfied with our service, you can choose not to be home for recurring cleanings.
