Customers should understand that cleaning prices can vary based on factors like cleaning frequency, home size, and the type of cleaning (e.g., regular, deep, move-out). They should also be aware of any potential fees or discounts offered, such as for recurring services or during specific promotional periods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for a new customer begins when they reach out via *****, ****, or **********. A representative from Spotless Space Cleaning will introduce themselves and start a conversation about the customer's cleaning needs. They will ask questions regarding the size of the house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, when the house was last professionally cleaned, and other relevant details. At the end of the conversation, the representative will provide a quote and schedule a day and time that works best for the customer.
