Eugene responded initially....the first time, we had a scheduled date set, the next day he had issues which is very understandable and rescheduled...I contacted Eugene on the date scheduled and he said..."I'm on my way" I didn't hear from him so I texted him and said I would get someone else ..A total waste of my time ...I would not recommend. An apology would have shown some common courtesy.
