- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free virtual estimates to get the most accurate pricing. In our experience, virtual estimates allow us to see what you need removed, ask pertinent questions about the location, and get an accurate estimate in the shortest amount of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect the client's information: name, address, email address, and phone number. We schedule a free virtual estimate to assess the client's needs. On average, we can schedule a removal within three business days of a virtual estimate or complete the project at the time of an in-person estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Rocket City Junk Removal, Inc was started in 2018 out of a heart of service. I was the go-to person to help friends and family clean out a garage, empty a shed, or remove the excess after a move or a remodeling project. Eventually, the weekend wasn't enough time to accommodate the requests, so I created Rocket City Junk Removal, LLC, offering the community the same quality service with affordable pricing.
