Eric installed 3 light fixtures for me and he came right out it took him no time to install properly GREAT price they look really great and he did an awesome job and i will be using him again for my home.

Eric was very personable, professional and thorough. The job took way longer than expected due to an incomplete service set up by the utility company. Despite that, Eric checked and re-checked and was able to finish the job anyway. When the utility company returned the next day, they confirmed Eric's work was done completely and professionally. A+ for going the extra mile.

Eric tore down my old 10x10 wooden shed the same afternoon I hired him and completed the haul away the next day. The whole area has been thoroughly cleaned after and is ready for the next shed. Eric is honest and respectful.
I will use Choice Maintenance again.

Eric came out to the home and gave my husband and estimate for the job, which was not what we thought. The estimate was much lower than we thought it would be. He told my husband that he could do the job the same day and he did. He did an excellent job. We will definitely call Eric back for more...Thanks Eric!!!
