Prices are unreasonable! Had work down at my rental property. It was no small job but Curtis got it done. The issues are:
1. This was a new client/contractor transaction and Curtis initially demanded all money before services even started. We were able to work around it.
2. Because the way the sanitation departments, the debris that was cleared by Curtis was not collected by the city. I asked Curtis to give me a price to haul the debris away. I was quoted almost the exact price to haul the debris away as it cost to clear it in the first place($445 + $425) to clear the backyard of lot that is .30 acres.
Good but pricey. Curtis is more concerned with immediate compensation versus developing a recurring client relationship.

Thank you Mr. Eutsey for taking the time to leave a review! Our prices are fairly competitive and slightly lower than most with today’s market for the quality of work provided. When pricing brush clearing the work was performed above standard and well below the avg $1200-1800 range. That’s roughly $375 per 1/4 acre. Which is roughly close to what you were billed $445 ($385 brush clearing + $60 lawn service).
I even trimmed as a bonus any low hanging tree limbs for future mowing purposes not billed or included in the initial estimate on top of throwing in a discounted full lawn service for your property where the home sits and the lot next to it which encompasses well over 1/2 acre combined.
As a business owner working with first time customers and empty rental properties this is a precaution to protect us not the immediate compensation as implied because compensation was only asked to be made during our initial conversation once service begins. We apologize for your situation in all fairness we were fair across the board for what you asked and received. As always we welcome building recurring client relationships and want to be fair but remain competitive in order to satisfy each and every customer. Thank you again for the opportunity!
