Customer provided incorrect address to original property, and became spastic after seeing me down the street working on the property of the address she had provided. She locked herself out of her house trying to come talk to me down the street, and slowly became flustered when she could not get back inside her home. After trying to unlock her door with a credit card (ruining my credit card), she asked to use my cellular phone and triple A membership to try and get a locksmith out. After service was completed, the customer was still locked out of her home, and began to ask for more work to be completed that was not included with the original job hired for. After politely saying that we can not assist with the extra work, the customer began to be agitated, forcing us to politely end our services and leave the property.
