Stories of Heartbreak

Introduction: With over 16 years of coaching experience I consider myself a steward of stories. My most recent project StoriesOfHeartbreak was designed to be a collection of intimate confessions from around the world. I believe storytelling is a healing modality. It is an opportunity to be heard, seen and embraced. By organizing the beginning, middle and end of your experience allows the storyteller to identify his/her values and priorities by moving from passive (this happened to me) to a more proactive, voluntarily vulnerable protagonist. It is the unresolved grief that lies dormant in our hearts triggered by disappointment that strikes us when we least expect it and lays open the walnut so we can benefit from the wisdom that lives within each of us.
