- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour labor minimum. after 2 hours we bill in 15 minutes increments. We also have a travel fee the travel fee covers the cost of the truck and fuel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every move is different, we like to speak with customers prior to their move date to sure customers are fully prepared and ready to move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 18 years of experience in the moving industry.
