What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, clients submit a request online and receive a response in 24-48 hours requesting more details on the service needed. Most projects and services can be completed in 4 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees, 1) Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with a minor in Marketing, which prepared me work with media production, film and video editing, logo and graphic design, and to be an expert in marketing and outreach. 2) Master of Education with a concentration in Student Affairs in Higher Education Administration, which prepared me to be an expert in business development, business administration, marketing and communications, public speaking, event planning, sales, and presentation content creation.
