I met Jon over a year ago and he expressed interest in working with my non-profit, Honored Legacies for Veterans. Not in a sales-y way, but a genuinely interested way. We met a couple of times and just talked and got to know each other; he asked what our organization did, what it was about, and WHY we existed. All of that went into his toolkit for when he came back to us with a proposal to highlight what we were shifting to during COVID-19. He takes an interest in the client BEYOND the "job" or project. Plus he is extremely organized and sanitized with equipment, as well as thinking through the time resources he'll need to accomplish a project. I feel like time spent well BEFORE a project is a product that turns out on time and on budget! THANK YOU JON!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique in what the customer is looking for. We try to find a solution to fit each of our customers needs based upon price and production value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the entire process comfortable and simple for the client. I learn what the vision for the production is and how we can turn that vision into a top of the line video.
If you are unsure of what they are looking for I will help with storyboarding a concept. After the concept phase, we will go over location and production details. Once finished filming, I will take the raw footage and put together a rough cut to ensure my concept and your vision are aligned. Depending on the size of the production, the final product will be delivered within 2-4 months.
