- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of our most common tasks it a tune-up. Customers often bring in a system thinking they need to upgrade or even replace the system. But, more often than not, it's just too many things running in the background or tons of junk files! Many customers have left happy spending sometimes hundreds less than they thought they would.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take some time and shop around. Get a feel for the person who will be working on your computer before you let them touch it. Far too often have I heard horror stories from customers who dealt with a technician that treated them like they were lesser people for not knowing enough to fix the issue themselves. Your technician is working for you, get to know them before you trust them with your computer.
