- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I travel all over the Greater Huntsville AL Area and am very flexible on schedule. I usually work with another partner so the total hourly rate for two gardeners. I will prorate time spent if we are only present for a portion of an hour. I can provide you with a detailed quote upon request. We can set up a tailored schedule which can be one or more times per week as your garden requires. I can also provide physical support to do heavy trimming, full service lawn care or yard maintenance as well. Thank you for your business, I hope to hear from you. Thank you. Jeanie
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we start discussions, I will ask several questions to understand your needs and I can come to your location for a detailed assessment. I can usually fit a new customer in within one week, then schedule them for regular maintenance visits as required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
